These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website (www.rollerblaster.com) and our online store. We will accept orders for delivery in New Zealand only. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
Acceptance of terms
When you access this site or use our store, you are doing so in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms you should exit the site and refrain from placing any orders. These terms may be updated from time to time therefore we recommend that you regularly check our Terms and Conditions for any alterations, which are located at the footer of each page on our website.
Pricing
All prices displayed in the online store are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). GST will be added to the price.
Ordering and payment
You will pay for your purchases at the time of placing your order.
Once payment has been fully processed, acceptance and dispatch of your order will occur, and you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order.
Acceptance of your order may not take place if the product ordered is out of stock or on back order and/or if there is a payment failure e.g. credit or debit card declined.
Product availability
We may add or remove products from the website from time to time. We make every effort to keep the information up to date and accurate; however in the event that we are out of stock, you will have the opportunity on our online store to place a backorder.
Payment
We use Windcave as our payment gateway.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, any payment direct to our account We also use Z1P a global buy now, pay later provider. If you select this payment option, you will be asked to set up and account with Z1P.
We do not collect or store and credit card information.
Cancellation
You cannot cancel your order once it has been placed.
Delivery
You will be required to provide a physical delivery address at the time of making an online purchase. We do not delivery to PO boxes. Goods are normally dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery charges will be added to each order and will be shown as a separate item before you enter your payment details.
Orders will be delivered via courier with an expected delivery time frame of 7-10 working days. Please note a signature will be required for all deliveries unless otherwise specified in the delivery notes.
We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or for your failure to take delivery of the order. We are not responsible for loss or damage of goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. If you have any concerns about the condition of your delivery, you must contact us immediately on receipt of the delivery.
Title and risk
Goods are at our Risk until delivered to the address given when ordering.
Returns and refunds
We do not refund your purchase if you change your mind.
Limitation of liability
Roller Blaster’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the Price paid by Customer for their order. Roller Blaster will not be liable to Customer for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage or loss or loss of profits or earnings suffered by Customer in connection with these Terms.
Limited warranty
We warrant that the goods supplied will be materially free from defects in materials and workmanship and will comply with our product specifications in all material respects. This warranty applies for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Subject to the terms of this warranty, if, following our inspection, the goods are found to not comply with this Limited Warranty, we will, at our sole discretion (and as your sole remedy), either repair or replace the goods. If the goods are found not to breach this Limited Warranty, you may be required to reimburse us for all expenses incurred by us in carrying out its inspection.
The Limited Warranty is given subject to the following:
- We are not liable for any defect in the goods caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal or unsuitable conditions of use or any neglect or default by you or any third party: and
- We are not liable for any breach of the Limited Warranty unless it is notified in writing within 12 months of the date of delivery and provided we have been given reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods; and
- We will not be liable under the Limited Warranty if the goods are altered without our prior written consent.
You acknowledge that:
- the goods are supplied for business purposes and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply; and
- all warranties relating to quality or fitness for purpose and all other warranties implied by law are excluded.
